The results for the first category they performed in are posted. The Land of Lakes Choirboys have advanced to the medal round for the Children's Category (cat. 1) as well as the Sachra Musica Category (cat.17).
They performed in the qualifying round for two categories and they have advanced in both! They must be so excited and so proud of themselves. What a huge pat on the back this acknowledgment of their efforts must be to them.
They are the only boys' choir competing from the USA and now they've shown they are to be noticed!

I looked up the results, and am wondering what the diploma categories mean - the boys received a Gold II in both. Also what does CW mean under notice? Does anyone know?
This is just my assumtion, but the "CW" is next to the top-scorer in each category, so it must be their way of signifying the choir with the highest score.
I don't know what Gold II means, but again, it seems tied to their score. Regardless of the Roman numberal attached to the scores, all gold diploma winners advance to the medal round.
I found some info that explains the Judging/Scoring/Awards somewhat.

CW means "Category Winner."
We all knew you could do it!! I am so proud of all of you; I'm bursting at the seams! We're cheering you on from a distance. Yah Hoo!!!!!
